IM BACK!! :) "OMMMM".......

first of all, GONGXIFACAI too all readers! :) &yes im back from my 'seemed-pretty-long' trip, but actually a week has passed quite fast.

oh! plus, ive missed you guys like never before when i was away. & i mean it too:)

btw, it wasnt a holiday trip, was a meditation retreat which what we mainly did was to meditate.
had to wake up SUPER early everyday around 4am.but me, woke up @5 or so. hehs. basically we had to meditate all day, everyday. however, i only did twice everyday. one in the morning and one before turning in.

at first, i couldnt get use to that kind of arrangement and the environment. we stayed in the temple itself which is loacted at the far end of a city(KotaTinggi), forested with hell loads of mosquitos.
on the other hand, it was topnotch peaceful, a great place for meditation to take place.

another thing was that we had to fast aka "puasa". our religious system is that we arent allowed to eat after 12noon. my stomach was growling like F for the first couple of days, but eventually i got use to it.

anyway.... im sure everyone is sure boasting about how much cash they've received from the angbaos collected so far.
but for me, i only got a few, but unexpected ones. especially, from my mum, she gave me TWO! one before the trip and one after. cus she said she was proud of me for attending the retreat and did surprisingly well. gee thanks mum! :)
other few ones were from my neighbour,uncle &grandaunt. not much. but satisfied though.

havent been going school for the past last two days of school before we hit the holidays. well, mainly because i didnt have the mood to wake up so freakin` early and the long and tedious journey to and fro school. furthermore, i wanted to meet up with my friends before i go to malaysia for A WHOLE WEEK ): sighs.

anw yesterday, huifen and i met up @cityhall and headed to AsianKitchen. but before we decided to eat there, we were thinking of sakae sushi since the both of us love sushi and often dine there, however we wanted to try something new together, so settled on AK.
she recommended me some food which are nice there. like the xiao-long-bao aka small bao which is a chinese traditional kind of bao. plus you cant anyhow eat it, there's actually a specific way to eat it and she taught me how it should be eaten. haah.
other food which we ordered were softshellcrab,deepfrieddumpling&friedprawnrice. they tasted pretty good, @ an affordable price too :)
so after eating, we walked over to MS and looked for a bank cus i needed to change to smaller notes, as my mum asked me to do that favour for her.
can you imagine holding onto quite a sum of money till you're back home? i was kinda stressed out, cus afraid someone might rob me or i might lose my bag. haa. but thank god, those cash & i reached home safely at night :)
after to the bank, we went up to the 'catch toys' area and huifen caught 2 stitch toys & another 2 cute keychains for me and for herself too. she told me that she must die die catch at least one for me as a gift before i go to malaysia. how very sweet of her :) thanks babe, i<3you.
then headed to mac to chill. we versesed DJmax with each other on our psp. eventually she gave up cus im too lousy in it. oops. HAHA. thus played our own games and i waited for my friend to call me.

we parted at 4plus and i went to meet my friend for a movie. watched ong bak 2@lido,orchard. the movie SUCKS can ): too long winded and didnt understand the story line at all. after it ended, i was like wth?!

anw, what a night for me, broke my flats after the movie so my friend had to go down & buy a pair for me(which cost $27.20 after discount): and that was the cheapest there) as i waited for him upstairs. i pratically walked bare footed from the theater to the chairs outside. so malu lah! everyone was looking at my foot =/
plus saw ben like THREE times at 3 different places. wtf. why so dao mei?? ohwell..

ate supper after the movie @cine then took train home. reached abt 11plus, bathed & stuff then off to sleep.

tday, staying @home till night, meeting hongping for dinner cum supper. gotta see her man! it's been long since we last met. erm not quite true.just met last tues. hehe.
btw, when i leave for malaysia, im gona miss you guys man! ): the emotion im feeling now is just indescribable. sigh.

my class tday left only 2 people. a guy and me. the rest all ZHAO class.

when i was back from my break, i was fucking hell surprised to see only a guy in class! haaa. GOSH! anyway, previously tempted to go off too but that poor guy ): i cant leave him alone. so i stayed on. furthermore when the teacher came in the class, she was damn shocked too and looked disappointed ): ohwell.... so we presented as usual, as duo. haa. first time i've ever encountered this situation.edited@1130PM

hmmm anw, was out w micheal just now. wanted to dine at makansutra but somehow someone stold his money when he was in camp earlier on, thus no money left. & i wanted to treat him, but he disallowed me, so we just sat at the esplanade's roof top and chill. a nice place to chill out. then walked around as he wanted to see his son(the mini mer-lion), but we took the wrong path and in turn ended up walking the damn long way. tired, leg pain, stomach pain out of hunger but happy (:

didnt go school tday. nothing's wrong w me though. just dont feel like going.
so im just gona smoke through my day at home. got plenty of things to do,such as ... pack for my 1week malaysia trip starting this sat, transfer songs,videos and images to my phone, upload photos to my lappy, clean house, feed my hamster, shave legs and more. haa. YES I SHAVE!

btw, in the noon, amelyn came over to my voideck and i passed her the present. & she bought bubble tea for me, how sweet :)) hope she likes the inexpensive present i got for her.

hmmm so yday, like i've said, mum wanted to get her new cell so went over to tamp and i got her the phone she likes :) after that shopped around a lil while, and out of impulsiveness, i bought a bag from charls&keith. the thing about mastercard or any other cards, is that you cant control yourself from using it. its like a bad habbit i've inhabited. shall ask my mum to hide my cards so that i wont hafta use it. hehs.

aRGH! my hp is spoilt lah! when i slide it down, the screen goes blank then hang. wth?
so yday, i went hunting for a new phone w my mum. searched high and low for it. from cityhall-suntec,to town then to tamp at last and finally found suitable one. what model, i shall not disclose due to some reasons.
it's not what you think it is, the phone which i bought is purely randomness, cus i ugrently needed a replacement, plus the new contract and the price is within my budget. thats why i got that phone. please dont assume.
and yes like i've said, i signed up for a new contract means that my number has changed too. will let those closer ones know about my new number pretty soon :) it's damn easy to remember one. trust me. haah!
hmmm i gotta say byebye to my 6years long 91693434 number and hello to the new one! =) cant really bear to let it go just yet. cus all these years, this number has been with me through thick and thin. if you get what i mean...

well, before that, mum and i went to at cityhall first to get the medicine & bought 2 sunglasses cases from river island, 1 for her & 1 for myself :) then headed to fareast cus she wanted to buy a belt. haah.as ive told her that there sells v cheap&fairly good belts. so she bought one and i bought one too plus a gold bangle :) all 3 @ the price of 2~

met a few familiar faces yday, like charlene, perlyn & evelyn. sia lah! all sound the same at the last pronunciation. haa!

anw, tmr is the start of last week of school. cant wait for the hols to come. but still havent have any plans yet though. wana work! but quite lazy to. if no work->no money->no shopping/splendid dinning w peers ): so with that motivation, i must work! HAA.

tday, going to tamp again w my mum to get her new phone this time round. haa. she loves NOKIA a lot! so no matter what i say, cannot get her to get other brands. ohwell. i guess nokia is user friendly and its easy for her to use. so i'll let her stick with it.

oh and a shout out to Amelyn; so sorry that i couldnt go to your birthday chalet. cus my phone was giving me problems and its dangerous for me to hangout late at night without a phone to call when in need of it. however, i've already gotten a present for you. and i'll pass it to you some day alright :)

yesterday, was out with Micheal after school. we went to marina square first for dinner then walked over to the open space by the river outside esplanade. sat there, took photos, chatted and catch up with each other.

he's a darn funny guy lah, someone whom you can talk crap with or joke about anything that come across our minds. i let loose and had a heart to heart chat with him last night, and same goes for him.
oh btw, he surprised me with a belated birthday gift. a simple bracelet yet meaningful. he explained to me what the pedant represents. how thoughtful of him :) thankyou. after the long chat, we decided to go off cus it's kinda late already & he had to go to SGH as his grandma is hospitalized, and i, took bus home. damn damn tired ):

tday, woke up late(purposely). cus was too tired. and ofcus late for school as well. school's boring, as usual ): but TGIF! yay! can have a good rest tomorrow! hopefully... then in the evening, going over to pasiris for amelyn's birthday chalet, if the rest of them are going. haah.

today is another boring day

yday, school was ultra boring!!! i ran out of things to do. like.. i've checked all my emails in all my different accounts, read almost all the blogs(even the links of links and links),looked at all the blogshops i have in my laptop's bookmark,checked the boring o`friendster,wlny,facebook,whosgoing, and even hi5 lah! haah. well, left nothing to do already ): this shows that life in RP is uninteresting....

anw, after school, headed to cityhall first to collect something asked by my mum. then waited for ping at the control and together, we went over to orchard.
saw Micheal at cityhall. he and ping were in the same train. so coincident! haah.
btw we went to orchard,fareast, for a shopping spree. well, she bought her CNY stuffs, but i couldnt find anything i like, so didnt get any. and im not interested in clothes now, cus i have no space left in both of my wardorbes!! gee =/ need to clear and take out a lot of unused clothes.

FEELING THE BLUES

why mondays gotta be sucha boring and tiring day for most of us? .....
well, i didnt sleep well last night due to my mum coming back home about 1plus in the morning?!!! its too much already!! she shouldnt have worked so much.. for her age and health she should be taking care of. cant her boss at least understands that point?! let others work for fuck, i do not care! but not my mum! sighs. i only slept when she came back soundly. plus, i had to wake up by myself tday in the morning for school. usually she wakes me up. ohwell..

anw, the kind soul bear gave me her late hamster's cage and yday i've changed my hamster into the new one. at first she didnt like it, kept bitting the cage, but dont care lah. must get used to it no matter what. haa. now much better, she found her corner and keeps staying there only. -_-

btw, i'm officially announcing this; i am not buying CNY clothings this year! not because i dont have enough cash, but is because
1stly- i wont be in singapore during that week, so means im not visiting to places, so need not buy any new clothes yah?
2ndly- i seriously had bought way too many clothes last year! and all are less than a year old. so it's still new, to me? haaah!
3rdly- have no mood ): this year's CNY seems unlively and quiet. perhaps due to the recession happening around the world and CNY coming so soon! people have to work more to earn more and in turn, have little time to shop and doll up.

MISS INDEPENDENCE

last night, was over at the esplanade and watched Cinderella. well, in my opinion, i comprehend that the play was just average, not as magical as i've expected. furthermore the props used are not very fascinating. perhaps cus i've watched other plays which are much more outstanding than this. however, the cinderella story had a little twist with humor. some parts was really funny!

thus,on scale, i feel that it's not worth paying more than 100bucks for this play.
btw, no photography was allowed during the show. so didnt manage to take any in the theater. so the photos below are taken outside, both before and after the performance :)
p.s. the pink dress was given by my mum which she bought @littlematchgirl. cute huh!(:

so after that, it's already 1030plus and mum and i was hungry, therefore, headed nearby to Makansutra and ate supper there. bought at a stall called Roti Kaya Fondue. but i was not satisfied cus i ordered wrongly!! gah! how fickle minded i am.anw, all i can say is that yesterday had passed just like that. i wish it could last a little longer. cus as from tday i dont own the day like i'd owned yesterday.

tday mum went off to work very early ): shes busier than the US's president, OBAMA lah! Gee =/ i miss her so badly! it was my first time being alone at home the whole day tday. well went out awhile in the noon w hongping to tamp to get my stuffs. then headed home. usually mum didnt have to work on weekends. hope this busy period of hers will vanish soon. i rather not have the money in exchange of her presence.

early morning wento temple w my family and prayed. then came back in the noon, rested and now got spare time before i gotta go for the performance with my mum. well, sadly, she's at the office WORKING now): as her boss insisted her to go back and get certain stuffs done. on my birthday? sighs. but hopefully she's able to come back home in time for her to change and all before we proceed on to the esplanade.

anw, i can say that this year's birthday is yet another fulfilling one. got to celebrate with my besties and my friends, my family and mum especially:)

received gifts which i nvr thought i will and got some cash from my mum's friends and my relatives.

many of my friends texted me over; wishing me happy birthday and putting a wide smile on my face =)) the amazing thing is that i've received wishes from the unexpected people too. like those who i'v known them for many years but never in my life get birthday wishes from before. and they wished me this year!! (: was surprised.

i greatly appreciate to all that have made me smile on my day :)

yday, met up w bear. went over to NYP,her school, and waited for her till she was done with her report. then mrt'ed to Dobhy Ghaut and headed to PS.

supposed to buy a top at cotton on but they didnt have it in black ): so we went to burgerking and ate ther. chatted and catch up with each other. after which shopped a bit, as i wanted to see a type of mascara i saw in a magazine, however, turned out that i didnt like it. ohwell....
i want to get a kind of mascara which the brush looks dry and have a messy fine criss-cross strains plus giving a fabulous effect of volume and will not flake or clump. it looks something like this -->

anw,tday i'll be going down to chuachukang after school to collect something which my dad has passed to his student who just came to sg. then after that meeting up with *someone* ;p

BACK TO SCHOOL ):

tday is already the third day since the start of school.
so busy. very tired. &super boreeeeed!
busy, cus i do not have as much time as i had during the holidays. back to school so means i'm in school from morning 9am to early evening 430pm. and the journey back home is f-tedious!!and im only home earliest by 6plus? and by the time im home, already shagged. gee?!
im tired, cus everyday i only have like less than 7 hours of sleep? in addition, an average person needs at least 8 hours of sleep each day. but for me, i need like 1745589 hours of sleep per day so that i'll be super awake and refresh in class.
life is boring! seriously damn boring! im so not used to this kind of life. school -> home -> sleep -> then back to school -> home -> sleep. it repeats everyday.... like a cycle, forever recuring the same thing. furthermore, there's no excitment in life right now. feels like something is missing): this sucks! ohwell....
anw,not counting this week, i'll be left with 2more weeks of school then comes my 10weeks holidays!! and i'll be over at malaysia during the chinese new year week ): mum wants to go there and asked me to tag along with her. why? not so sure yet. she hasnt tell me anything...

without all of you guys, the celebration wouldnt have been a blast.met up with hongping,huiyi and crystal first then headed down to boatQ and met jeremy and jack. then walked along the pubs lane to find a suitable one for us. eventually found one, it's called guesswhere and we reserved tables for ourselves. went in, chilled and waited for the rest to come.we started off with the first drink,a jug of beer bought by jeremy and jack as my birthday gift :) well, im not really a fan of beers. nevertheless,thanks for it!then upon titan's arrival, we opened Chivas and started drinking.. its been damn long since ive last drank chivas. and seriously it tasted awful! martell would be better but unfortunately the prices of alcohol have increased ): now a bottle of martell is $178 and chivas is $158(if im not wrong) that chivas was on me,my treat, and i got it for $138 only :) yay. haah.

did the usuals, drank, chatted, sang, played 5-10 game, played cards, taitee and indian poker etc..then came huifen and not long after cindy and the clique. opened another bottle,this time they shared for it. offered them drinks and played with them. then blew the cake. anw,drank pretty much and was drunk by 2plus ): gee! damn embarrassing lah! haah!i couldn't take it anymore by then, so cindy was kind enough to send hongping(who was sober too) and i home. she's like our big sister. she sent me to my doorstep and even opened the door for me. awww.. thanks alot girl :)) i'll never forget the kindness you did for me.
btw, presents i got are huifen- my eighteenth birthday, made by herself card(was supposed to give me last year but somehow we kept forgetting) and a pretty necklace :)

reached home, went straight to bed and slept. couldnt even stand straight. let alone i didnt remove my makeup nor bath nor wash my feet. gosh!

today, i was having a serious and bad hangover ): vomited many times and that would be my very first time vomiting after drinking.
ohwell... the feeling sucks BIG TIME!! head was spinning like im on a merry-go-round and looking at one direction but see multiple visions. bad... very bad...
haah. but nonetheless,i'd fun last night :))

gee! im turning nineteen real soon! feeling scared,excited and kinda empty. will elaborate on that soon....

P.S. sat noon i was over @the temple i usually go to. and guess what, i saw UTT!!!!!! awwwwwwwwwwwww man! super stunned! shook his hand and took picture with him. GAH! so happy!!!! :)))

WELCOME 2009!

31st(Wednesday): Astons with hongping @5plus, not many people at the queue yet. thankgod! :) both ordered chicken instead of their beef streak. as im kinda short of cash plus ping doesnt eat beef and usually their beef steaks are more costly. thats why we get the chicken and they're as good as the steak.
the best part is; ping asked me to guess how much both of us spent on a single reciept. so i guessed $30+ $40? she shaked her head and said...... $13.60 only!!! WHAHAH! we ourselves were damn shocked too! yumness!

after which went over to my cousin's place for countdown and supper.
back home on thurs.

1st(Thursday): upon reaching home, bathed then mum and i went out again in the evening. met up with her friends who came from Australia for a short holiday. we ate steamboat@bugispoint there. omg! TOTALLY SUCKS TO THE CORE! worst steamboat I've ever ate in my entire life! the food taking area is so narrow and small, so many people were rushing and pushing each other to take their foods. furthermore, they never label their foods. which made us very confused of the variety they have. besides that, their fruit drinks are so diluted too! how to drink like that sia! argh! ate a few and left hurriedly.

tday(Friday): woke up at about 12plus. mum didnt go work, took off! yay! so she accompanied me to dental, went to check my wisdom teeth as they grew outward,not inline as my other teeth and cleaned my teeth at the same time. the dentist told me there isnt a need for me to take out my wisdom teeth,just hafta clean them well each time i brush them. was relieved :)

after that headed to Robbinson's sistic and bought tickets for the musical; Cinderella@the Esplanade Theater. will be going on my birthday! woohoo! :) and mum bought for me a pair of pumpshoe plus medicine for herself. then headed home.

perhaps meeting ben,my ex, for movie tnight. MAYBE... if im not too tired and if he doesnt fly aeroplane at the last minute.
